As a human being and as an artist, I approach my work to honor my values of creativity, discovery, spirituality and justice.  I believe, as Pablo Picasso said, "Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life."  I find that the marriage of concrete and steel is a perfect medium to express these values. I have been a maker my entire life and sculpture lets me express my curiosity about humanity and the planet.
